California State University, Dominguez Hills is among the nation's leading institutions in granting degrees to Hispanic students, according to Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education. In its Top 100 lists, Hispanic Outlook ranks CSU Dominguez Hills 37th in granting the most undergraduate degrees and 31st in awarding the most graduate degrees to students of Hispanic origin against other universities across the country. The 2012 rankings are based on 2011 graduation data as reported to the National Center for Educational Statistics. Nursing Student Receives U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship
California State University, Dominguez Hills Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) student Anna Rosen will be spending eight weeks in Tunisia this summer following her selection by the U.S. Department of State to its Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) program. Rosen was one of only 575 undergraduate and graduate students chosen out of a field of 5,200 applicants nationwide to receive the scholarship for 2012.
