Providence Little Company of Mary Foundation has given an early holiday gift to the California State University, Dominguez Hills School of Nursing. Last week, University President Mildred García accepted a check for $25,000 from the health care provider. California State University, Dominguez Hills is among the Top 20 safest public colleges and universities in California as ranked by StateUniversity.com, an online hub for information on state institutions of higher learning nationwide. An outstanding group of student researchers in the sciences at California State University, Dominguez Hills had the opportunity to attend the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS) in St. Louis, which was held Nov. 9 through 12.
