Library South Wing Receives Construction and Architectural Design Awards
This month, the new Library South wing of the Leo F. Cain University Library was honored with a 2011 Project Achievement Award by the Southern California chapter of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). Faculty and students from the Department of Africana Studies at California State University, Dominguez Hills attended the 35th Annual National Council for Black Studies (NCBS) Conference held in Cincinnati, Ohio, in March.
