The residence hall was designed so its exterior could be used as a roof-to-ground canvas for large-scale art works that can be rotated every few years. CSUDH Ranks in Top 10 Nationally for Social Mobility
California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) has been ranked 10th in the CollegeNET, Inc., 2020 Social Mobility Index (SMI), a significant advancement from last year's ranking of 20th in this annual assessment of institutions or higher education across the nation. CollegeNET used data-driven analysis to rank 1,449 four-year colleges and universities according to how effectively they enroll students from low-income backgrounds, and graduate them into well-paying jobs. “Content: 2020 Senior Studio Art Exhibition,” which features art created by Studio Art majors from California State University, Dominguez Hills' (CSUDH) Class of 2020, will be on display online from Dec. 1 through Jan. 8, 2021, on the University Art Gallery's website, gallery.csudh.edu. Delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the “Content: 2020 Senior Studio Art Exhibition” features the work of 10 studio art students who graduated in spring 2020. As part of the Art and Design Department's curriculum, each student is required to exhibit a selection of work produced during their studies at CSUDH.
