The Master Teacher Fellows (MTF) program is a partnership between CSUDH, Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) - Local District South, and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. University Police Receive State Grant to Upgrade Radio Communications
The California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) University Police Department has received an $84,706 grant from Cal OES' School Communications Interoperability Grant Program (SCIGP) to upgrade its handheld radios and enable communications with responding L.A County Sheriff's Department (LASD) units during a campus emergency. SCIGP grants provide funding for campuses in the California State University and California Community College systems to acquire interoperable communications technology compatible with modern and future systems.
