The inauguration of Thomas A. Parham as California State University, Dominguez Hills' (CSUDH) 11th president provided the perfect opportunity to welcome alumni back to campus to celebrate a new era for the university. Campus Opens Newly Renovated Marvin Laser Recital Hall
Music students at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) got an extra bonus when they returned to campus for the spring semester - a redesigned and refurbished Marvin Laser Recital Hall. The project of turning the campus's original music venue into a state-of-the-art performance space has been the works for more than 18 months, and everyone involved is excited and proud of the results. Telecommuting in Los Angeles has boomed in recent years despite persistent push back from workplace managers, who still prefer keeping an eye on their employees, a Cal State Dominguez Hills study has found. CSUDH Receives $1.725 Million Faculty Gift to Establish Endowed Chair
California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) has received a $1.725 million legacy gift from Professor Emeritus of Political Science Lyman Chaffee, who passed away April 27, 2018. The bequest will be used to establish the L.G. Chaffee Endowed Chair of Global and Comparative Politics, the first endowed chair position in the university's history.
