Senior communications major Chardae Jenkins was recognized with a 2013 Presidential Outstanding Student Award for her leadership role as a former vice president of Associated Students, Incorporated (ASI) at CSU Dominguez Hills, as well as serving in the Multicultural Center's Diversity in Action Interns program, and the Loker Student Union Board of Directors. She has contributed to social media communications for the College of Extended and International Education, and hosted an on-air show for the university's radio station KDHR.
