Toro Tuesday Boosts Student Engagement and Success
ASI President Edgar Mejia-Alezano selecting a winning name for the Toro Tuesday Grand Finale. For more than twenty years, Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) has hosted Toro Tuesday—a weekly tradition in which students, faculty, and staff proudly don their CSUDH gear. For students, Toro Tuesday is not only a chance to show school spirit, but also to participate in campus activities, make new connections, and win sizable scholarships. In fact, during the semiannual Toro Tuesday Grand Finale on December 5, ASI awarded scholarships totaling $19,375 to 17 students selected in the participant opportunity drawing.
