The CSUDH men’s soccer team won their eighth California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) title on Sunday, Nov. 17, defeating Cal Poly Pomona in the championship. The Toros won the tightly contested match 6-5 on penalties, after a tense, scoreless match. It was their second conference title in the past three years. With the win, the Toros advance to the NCAA Tournament, where they are the fourth seed in Super Region 4. The Toros will face fifth-seeded Cal State LA on Sunday, Nov. 24, at 3 PM. After a disappointing 2022 season, this year's Toro women's volleyball team is looking to turn the corner and return to winning ways.
