CSUDH’s first Toro Giving Day was a huge success, far exceeding the target number of donations and raising thousands of dollars to support key programs across campus. The event, held March 20, was a one-day fundraising blitz, intended to give the Toro community an opportunity to channel their support for CSUDH in a singular fashion, by banding together and donating all at once. The initial goal for the day was 300 individual donors, which would unlock a $20,000 challenge donation from the board of directors of the CSUDH Philanthropic Foundation.
