College of Arts and Humanities Gilah Yelin Hirsch, professor of art, is participating in the First International Painters' Symposium in Oaxaca, Mexico, April 14 - 30. Sponsored and supported by the art and culture branch of Mezcal d'oro, 20 artists toured archeological and anthropological sites, as well as artisanal villages during the first week of the symposium.
