A California State University, Dominguez Hills study by a team of psychology students has found that persons with low self-esteem are at a greater risk of becoming victims of online crime, but that safety messaging greatly reduced that risk. California State University, Dominguez Hills is listed among the top colleges and universities in the country according to a Time Magazine ranking that is based on criteria the White House plans to use to assess how well institutions serve students.
