CSUDH students seeking careers in public service will now have more opportunities for professional development and skill-building thanks to the Pathways to Public Service Program (PTPS), an initiative from U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology. Cal State Dominguez Hills kicked off two days of commencement ceremonies, which will see thousands of students graduate, on Friday morning, May 17, with the colleges of Education, and Arts and Humanities. At the Teachers College, Columbia University Convocation ceremony in New York on May 14, CSUDH President Thomas A. Parham received a Medal for Distinguished Service—the highest honor bestowed by the college.
