CSU Dominguez Hills Digital Media Arts Students’ PSA Played at LA Clippers Game
“Everybody Plays,” a public service announcement (PSA) produced by seniors in California State University, Dominguez Hills' (CSUDH) Digital Media Arts (DMA) program, was played before thousands of basketball fans at the Jan. 8 Los Angeles Clippers versus Miami Heat game at the Staples Center. The PSA was chosen from four student-produced pieces, all of who were enrolled in the DMA 346 Client-Based Production Workshop in spring 2016, the final course in a four-semester sequence required for the DMA Television Arts degree option. Alumnus Robert Goodwin Ecotourism and Cultural Retreat in Bulgaria
In 2006, just after earning his bachelor's degree in anthropology from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), alumnus Robert Goodwin took out a map of the world and threw a dart at it, and it sunk in Bulgaria. It was four years later that Goodwin followed the trajectory of that dart and traveled to Bulgaria on a two-week archaeological field excavation.
