Such appears to be the case for the nursing program at the Hubert Kairuki Memorial University (HKMU) in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. It served as the host of the inaugural Baja Region Conference of the American College Dance Festival Association (ACDFA). If you think summer school is a bummer, guess again. There's good news. Along with helping students make progress toward their degree, the CSU Dominguez Hills College of Extended and International Education(CEIE) has revamped its tuition fee schedule and refund policy beginning for the 2012 summer session. The changes offer students an affordable alternative to getting the classes they need and a more equitable refund policy.
