Soto, who was hired in April 2019 to lead CSUDH's men's soccer program, has been involved with beach soccer for over 20 years. A festive time is always the rule during staff recognition events at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), and the 2019 Staff Awards ceremony on Nov. 7 was no exception. While the announcement of the Staff Awards of Excellence winners and their exemplary service to the university stole the show, the fond memories of those with 25 or more years of service to the university ran a close second. Words of admiration and promise filled the Loker Student Union Grand Ballroom as California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) celebrated the investiture of President Thomas A. Parham on Feb. 8. The afternoon ceremony was attended by nearly 450 faculty, staff, students, political figures, and notable community member.
