In its annual college ranking, the Washington Monthly has ranked California State University, Dominguez Hills fifth in the nation among more than 650 universities whose highest degree granted is the master's degree. It was the highest ranking of any master's university in California. The Washington Monthly, a D.C.-based magazine, has been producing its college rankings guide since 2005.
